I am all about exploring and being myself every second. I want to be present and
connected with the universe and all its beauty.
I am happy, when I smile to welcome each breathe and being around nature's gifts, e.g.
birds, plants, ocean, rain, worms, butterflies and so on.
Meeting and chatting with people of different ages and gender is where I get my biggest
happiness and satisfection.
Eating healthy balances my body, mind, spirit and soul.
"When we smile, it encourages positive and happy chemicals in our body to develop.
It promotes happy enzymes and neuroplasticity of our brain to generate new
happy cells.
These contribute to a happie rand positive you.
People near and around will feel the positive forces/energy you generate..
Go for a run/jog, play guitar, ukulele, or go fishing…are examples of my activities, and
daily rouitine.
My diet, is simple: Banana, fish and natural, warm herbal drink (lemon grass, rosella, or
tumarich.
